Rental Policy
STORE HOURS
WEEKDAYS....................8 A.M. to 5 P.M.
SATURDAYS...................8 A.M. to 5 P.M.
SUNDAYS.........................CLOSED
You must be 21 years of age in order to rent any equipment.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are recommended on all rental equipment. Your reservation will assure you that your equipment will be here and ready to go when you need it. Equipment not picked up within one hour of the reserved time will be released to another customer unless we are contacted by you to reschedule.
RENTAL PERIODS
MINIMUM:
On most items, any 3 or 4 hour period during store
hours. Some items carry a 1 day minimum.
DAILY RATES:
Daily rates are based on a 24 hr period.
WEEKLY RATES:
Based on a calendar week (7 days).
SPECIAL RATES:
Are available for weekends and Sundays.
NO FREE TIME:
Other than special rates, we charge for all time
out, including Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Time charged is portal to portal.
DEPOSIT
A deposit is charged to the customer at the beginning of the rental contract. All rental equipment and accessories thereof, must be returned on time and in the same conditions when they are rented to have the deposit refunded.
MAINTENANCE
The customer is responsible for all basic machine maintenance, (e.g. check engine oil, lubricate, etc.) In the event of the equipment becoming unsafe or in a state of disrepair, the customer will immediately discontinue use and promptly return if for repair or replacement.
Avoid any cleaning charges by returning all equipment clean.
